What will you do? As an Administrative officer, your key responsibility will be to carry out claims management operations, within the framework of a standardized and normalized procedure.
You’ll be working on real client projects performing the following tasks.
Insurance Oversight.
Participate in the tender process, facilitating seamless communication with insurers.
Consolidate insurer responses and ensure meticulous validation of insurance contracts.
Tech-Driven HR Management.
Manage the HR extranet, showcasing proficiency in document control.
Develop and update user-friendly documents, including HR guides and employee resources.
Provide expert customer support, addressing HR-related inquiries with precision.
Data Coordination Expertise.
Coordinate seamless data transfers from clients.
Create Business Impact Analysis.
