ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE (M/F/D)

Your new role Billing, collection posting and reporting activities related with receivables; Prepare AR month, quarterly and year-end closing; Prepare internal reports and support in the preparation of annual property income budget; Clarifying and reconcile differences on the postings; Participate in activities related to the setup of the new sustem; Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately; Answer incoming questions and assist managers and other finance colleagues to ensure that the information provided is accurate and complete; Assist year end external audit regarding all matters related with receivables; Contribute to finding improvement opportunities and support their effective implementation.
What you'll need to succeed Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or similar; 2 plus years of relevant work experience in the accounting/finance area; Experience with Navision software (plus); Good knowledge of English; Outstanding analytical and communication skills; Attention to detail, customer orientation and ability to work under tight deadlines; Proactive and positive attitude.
