ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ACCOUNTANT

O SEU PERFIL Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or similar accounting roles.
Fluent in both English and Portuguese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Proficient in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial analysis.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
Experience working with international clients and multicultural teams is a plus.
Que funções irão desempenhar Generate and issue invoices to clients accurately and timely.
Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue payments.
Communicate effectively with clients to resolve billing inquiries and disputes.
Process payments received and apply them to appropriate customer accounts.
Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
Assist in month-end closing procedures, including account reconciliations and financial reporting.
