We are looking for an Accounting Assistant with expected duration of 6 months, full time.
This role is based in Lisbon.
You’ll also have the opportunity, to attend networking events and get familiar with shipping industry.

Sound interesting? As an Accounting Assistant, you will be involved in the following activities.
Process invoices and daily transactions and expenses Perform administrative support functions Control and reconcile customer account balances.
Follow up on accounts, identify deviations and contact customers to obtain forecasts for receipts and ensure compliance with payment terms.
Prepare analysis of payments received, specifying partial payments, discounts, delays and other occurrences.
Candidate Profile.
University Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or equivalent.
Portuguese, English and Spanish – written and spoken (mandatory).
Very good MS Office knowledge, particularly in Excel Communication skills, proactive and team oriented.
Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, in a changing environment.
Solution maker, drive to results and quality orientation.
