Travel consultant

· Working across a number of departments in this company, I am currently responsible for delivering the highest level of customer support, selling industrial gases and associated products/ systems

· Working in a target driven and structured environment, tasked with account management and ensuring client orders are managed in line with time"frame and commercial targets

· Order processing for our midsize clients and key accounts, liaising with the planning and logistics departments, ensuring timely and efficient customer deliveries

· Back Office – Managing contracts and activating price agreements

· Front Office – Supporting all customer service administration operations, proactively liaising with our clients, handling any account issues ensuring complete customer satisfaction

· Utilizing SAP system to manage customer, order and account information

· Complaint management and resolution, delivering effective and robust solutions/ alternatives within time limits
