Senior business travel consultant

• Dealing with enquiries received outside of office hours including complex
itineraries received by phone or email from start to finish including flights,
accommodation, car hire, rail and ancillaries.
• Provide quotes, book, issue tickets and reissue tickets for all fares worldwide
(including published fares, nett fares, CAT35 fare, route deals), as well as
refunds using Amadeus GDS.
• Provide assistance with Fares, Ticketing, Re-issues, Hotel bill backs and
other requirements as requested.
• Manage queues and issue tickets prior to deadline, as well as handle
schedule changes from airlines and amend itineraries according to clients'
changes.
• Providing solutions and advice to clients in an efficient and professional
manner delivering a premium quality, ruthlessly efficient service experience
that is both consistent and reliable and aligned to the attributes of the
Company brand.
• Proactively maintain and develop relationships with clients - making them a
client forever.
• Identify and recommend processes, procedures and solutions to streamline
and improve efficiency and profitability and detect missed profit opportunities.
• Complete ISO write off and error forms within £50.00 in accordance to our
ISO compliance procedures.
• Stay up to date with the latest travel technology and recommend solutions to
streamline and improve efficiency and the overall client experience

I have worked mainly with the client Subsea7 that have sign the contract with HRG therefore I have been TUPED to HRG from ATPI.

I promote and recommend various travel destinations , also book flights, hotel rooms and arrange other travel plans for their clients. I have extensive knowledge about various countries geography, weather, history, language and customs.
I assist the clients in getting the best travel, hotel and car rental rates.
