Respond to Customer Inquiries via several channels (chat, email and telephone); Provide information with regards to products/services and other related inquiries; Be the face of Farfetch to companies customers and partners alike.

Responsible for drink beverages; work with the phone; responsible for high quality work with customers; restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies; responsible for handling cash register and insuring till balance, etc.

Scheduling and assigning duties to room attendants and housekeeping personnel; performing checks and managing post room occupancy records; coordinating daily custodial functions, etc.
