Project Manager for clients of relevant activity sectors, such as Banking, Insurance, Energy and Power, Telecom, Construction, among others.
Sustainability reports assurance, mostly aligned to Global Reporting Initiative Guidelines.
Support to the development of sustainability strategies and report, including materiality analysis and stakeholder processes.
GAP analysis in relation to reference standards and best management practices.
Sustainability reports elaboration, including structure and contents definition.
Review of AA1000 APS principles in the management and reporting practices.
Support to the implementation of environmental, safety and health management systems.
Verification of carbon inventories of GHG compensation schemes.
Water footprint calculation.

Responsible for NOS Sustainability Strategy definition and approval by the Board, including alignment to the ten principles of sustainable development and to the SDGs of the United Nations.
Responsible to maintain and develop the governance structure around Sustainability, such as the management of the Operational Sustainability Group within the Company, as well as for the materiality analysis, stakeholder engagement processes and reporting structure. 
Responsible for the annual Sustainability Report at NOS Group, according to GRI Standards, and for the external verification of sustainability data and indicators.
Responsible for developing NOS engagement strategy with ESG analysts and investors, achieving important results in 2020: (i) first participation in the Carbon Disclosure Project, obtaining A-, Leadership level;  and (ii) first proactive engagement with VigeoEiris ESG Rating, with NOS being scored as the 5th best telecommunication company, in Europe, in terms of Sustainability. 
Manager of several other sustainability projects and initiatives within the company, focused on climate strategy; supply chain; social responsibility; among others.
Responsible to support the implementation and management of the Integrated Management System (Quality, Environment and Safety), according to ISO 9000, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. 
Responsible to develop and implement the Ethical Annual Plan for NOS Group, including the elaboration and review of relevant Codes and Policies, such as “NOS Code of Conduct” and “Standard for the Acceptance and Offering of Benefits”.
Manager of relevant external initiatives subscribed by NOS, such as the United Nations Global Compact, Business Council for Sustainable Development, Business Ambition for 1.5ºC, among others. 
Responsible to develop the Annual Plan for Sustainability, including budgetary control.
