Supply chain specialist/ supply chain manager/ logistic specialist / logistic manager

• Supply chain management consultancy in Oracle projects, applications, and business solutions (Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning - ERP and R12 / R13 Fusion), responsible for two major clients: Itaú and Ogma/Embraer;
• Mapping and analyzing of processes;
• Implement new systems and process to support procurement service operations like purchasing orders, purchasing agreements, supplier qualification, and migration of contracts. Development and application of training;
• Maintain SQL queries and dashboards tracking performance KPI’s for processes.

• Expertise in the supervision of construction projects, responsible for managing deliveries, controlling services and stock;
• Development, implementation, mapping and optimization of workflows and processes, with a focus on continuous improvement, productivity, safety standards and cost/waste reduction;
• Kaizen, 5S, follow up and safety stock.

• Identify, analyze, controlling and measuring of KPI’s to implement improvements in the process and layout to reach a faster and efficient process.
• Tools and methodologies like kanban, 5S, BPMN and Lean Six Sigma.

• Consultancy to companies in diagnosis, process analysis, and proposal development, with a focus on reengineering projects and improvements in business operations and strategic plans;
• Problem solving using techniques like DMAIC, Root Cause Analysis, 5S and others;
• Mapping of processes using Bizagi Modeling (BPMN);
• Tools like KPIs analysis, SWOT analysis, Kaizen, Ishikawa Diagram, Lean Six Sigma methodology, PDCA analysis, and financial manager spreadsheets.
