Support European countries on BPCS to apply the rules for “SOX” project. Analyse and translate user requirements, develop and test solutions, applying standard rules defined by users and auditor to be compliant to the “Sarbaines and Oxly” law

Key player and manager for several IT project for the group at European level like:
- AS400 instance consolidation for Consumer business, responsiblefor the French project, managing the team, defining  milestones, new standards, improving process and implementing corporatives guidelines, Providing Post go live support and new improvement process for different countries (France, Portugal, Spain)
- Building a SAP Template for GSK Pharma Europe (BEBOP-CERPS). With my team, we design and document common way of working (SD  and MM Modules) and elaborate a gap analysis between Design and requirement for Italy and Belgium.
- Managing the Integration between SmithKline Beecham and Glaxo Wellcome after the merge from an IT point of view (Belgium, Spain, Greece, France, …), extracting, modeling and integrating data from source to target system
- Managing the conversion from local currency to EURO for all SmithKline Beecham European manufacturing site (Standard Cost calculation, Purchace Orders, Sales Orders, Historical data) and also for commercial Greece
- Responsible of a test centre for the year 2000 compliance (Y2K) for several countries (Belgium, France, Holland, Nordic Markets, Spain and Portugal) to allow each market to test and validate their process to avoid any issue after 31-12-1999.

Supporting all areas (Logistics, Stock, Distribution, Forecast) on commercial and manufqacturing site, working with JD Edwards and BPCS (on AS400), implementing and upgrading ERP system (software) and operating system (hardware), implementing first EDI solution and a Warehouse management system (stock management, bar coding reading, analysing and developing interfaces.
