➤ Leading the weekly S&OP and Performance meetings (KPIs), evaluating, analyzing and presenting data to the board of directors, focusing on strategic analysis for short, medium- and long-term decisions. 
➤ Solution oriented with analytical planning skills, working as Demand, Production, Inventory and Distribution planner: 

➤ MRP - Material Requirements Planner: Analyzing raw materials and general supplies needed;
➤ PPC - Production Planner: Elaboration of the Production Planning and Control of the 3 factories: Biscuit and Pastas (250 items produced / SKU);
➤ DP - Demand Planner: Commercial product forecasting, analyzing and criticizing the data received together with commercial director and managers ensuring maximum accuracy of the demand planning; 
➤ IM – Inventory Management: Headquarter Distribution Center and other 5 throughout Brazil; 
➤ DRP - Distribution Requirements Planning: supplying to company’s Distribution Centers and daily cargo transportation schedule to make the delivery of our products to the distribution centers more efficient by determining which goods, in what quantities, and at what location were required to meet the demand.
➤ S&OP & Performance Management: Presenting performance results and forecast planning. Plan and execution of New Product Introductions and Forecasts considering seasonal strategies.

➤ Revision of P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) - insertion, modification and deletion of information on the P&ID drawings.
➤ Designed and created safety reports referring to the insulation, valve tracking, cross-section and location of refinery pipelines (required for Work Permit delivery; used by operations and in case of emergency). 
➤ Created operation support documents for inspection of hydraulic pumps and other instruments at the refinery (documents created: 260). Safety reports required for Work Permit delivery.
➤ Developed a VBA program with database used by 5 different teams inside the refinery.

➤ Led the implementation of a Logistics Master Plan Project designed to improve materials, personnel, and vessels planning, paving the way for internal operations. Therefore, resulting in safer and efficient offshore logistics, and aiming at lower CO2 emissions and cost reduction. Fifteen trainings delivered. 
➤ Knowledge on International Trade: Import/Export, Customs Clearance, Freight Forwarding.
➤ Exposure in Procurement routines: End-to-end Logistics and Facilities contracts, supporting the development of Sourcing, Commercial and Negotiation Strategies, Procurement Plan;
➤ Assisted Integrity Due Diligence and HSE qualifications; 
➤ Participation on the Business Continuity Team defining strategic decisions upon new Covid-19 outbreak procedures and consequences to the business: avoid bigger losses due to the pandemic.
➤ Developed an operational model for Personnel Logistics Planning for the most relevant project in 2020.
➤ Managed 2020 flights optimization, obtaining US$ 400.000/year saving.
➤ Head of helicopter planning during high activity period: cost reduction of 10%.
➤ Responsible for achieving an Emergency collaborative agreement with Shell.
➤ PMO for continuous improvement fronts (LEAN Expert).
