Assure that GSK is properly supplying the market, complying with legal obligations from the new Medicine Law Achievements: able to ensure a proper supply of the Portuguese market in accordance with the new medicine law of the national health authority; Active participation in SFA/SFB after Covid19 impact, achieving the proposed targets for the year - SFA Target 81%, Achieved 83%, Implementation of customer supply chain new WOW in 2020 were we adopted a weekly schedule for the delivery of the orders to WS that allowed us to improve the lead time of deliveries from 5 days to 48hours - level of service improved, higher customer satisfaction, time-saving measure, OTIF targets achieved

Supply Planning: review of product demand needs and balance against equipment and labor resources to develop a shift by shift based weekly shop floor schedule.
