 Material Provisioning Area Manager in Engines, Aircrafts and Components – managing a team with 18
Planners, Buyers and Analysts with a Purchasing annual volume of 150M euros (around 55000 SKU)
 Material and Production Planning strategy team member
 MRP I and MRP II implementation team
 Design and implement Supply Chain strategy in line with the Production / Commercial needs and Forecast;
 Guarantee efficient Stock Management – 20M euros of Stock;
 Team's P&L and Operational reporting team responsible. Corporative KPI’s definition and follow up.

 Production and Material Planning team lead
 In charge of planning, control and production priorities in accordance to capacities and production constraints;
 Functional management/Supervision of a team of 6 elements (Buyers and production controllers) - associated
Turn Over of 100 Million Euros;
 Order Cycle Management and negotiation with customers in forecasts, pricing;
 Finish Goods and components Supply Chain management and optimization;
 MRP/MRPII / MPS implementation and development team;
 Balanced Scorecard implementation team member;
 Built the TCO (Total Cost Ownership) in order to assure cost effective management;
 Definition of continuous improvement actions in order to improve On Time Delivery parameters;
 Definition with the global Supply Chain team of stock cover and logistics cost KPIs.
 P&L Forecast / Follow-up.

 Inspection and quality assurance team coordination, focusing on quality initiatives as well as the development
and maintenance of products / production specifications;
 In charge for the development, coordination and support continuous improvement activities / programmes,
with transversal objectives to productive areas from logistics, production and purchasing;
 Support and execution of customer support functions (customer audits, problem solving);
 Executer and facilitator of the usage of the several quality tools (FMEA, 8D Problem solving methodology,
Process Control Plans, Implementation of statistical process control;
