• Responsible for food service related business and personnel management.
• Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
• Prospecting for new customers and business in addition to growing and maintaining the existing customer portfolio.
• Generating proposals, preparing sales quotations, planning customer meetings.
