As part of the Portugal Leadership Team and leading a wonderful & young team of 15 people, responsible for P&L, innovation, strategy and activation of the brands in the Portuguese Market. Great results achieved for 4th consecutive year across all the activated brands (turnover & profitability), making the company grow in a profitable way despite of the negative trend of the FMCG Companies in Portugal. Gradual change of business model, from Product to Brand Building Stronger brand mix and adapted innovation to Portuguese Consumer. People Centric; Trends, Precision Marketing & Tribes Definition. Digital Transformation: from the classical TV model to a Multichannel approach, building The Right Brand Storytelling: launching a CRM program (10% of total Portuguese Households) & boosting Digital Investment (from 6% to 25% weight in 2 years period) Team transformation: from a Marketing Vision to a Broader Vision leading the creation, implementation & follow up of the Brand Activation Teams (Mkt, Trade, Catman, Shopper, PRGM & NKA). As part of the Direction Committee and leading a team of 11 people, responsible of the brands strategy in the most mature region for Danone worldwide, what meant that all the strategy & activation needed to be vanguards vs the existing one: combining the business management & the leading of transversal projects, with a Lab role; working on new sales channels (e-commerce Startup Project), 121 actions, new organizational structures and CRM projects.
