EXPERIENCE

From 2019 to 2020 - Logistic Base manager (Mozambique Pemba-Saipem base)

Packing and unpacking items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms, warehouses, or storage yards. 
Verifying inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock and investigating discrepancies. 
Storing items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses.

From 2002 to 2016 - Base manager (Angola – Soyo Saipem base)

Be In charge of a team 25 persons, Crew changes, Lifting supervisor, Logistic supervisor, HSE supervisor, Warehouse & Shore base labors.
expedite shipment and acquisition of goods, materials, and services, be in charge and supervise any needed customs clearance and freight forwarding services, in charge of making arrangements for having material, supplies and equipment delivered to other wharfs or airport received and transported to the supply base 
including, without limitation performing the necessary administrative functions, paperwork and other details to accomplish such transfers. Ensure quayside space is made available for bulk silo facilities bulk suppliers.

Providing trucking to transfer materials and supplier drilling tools, equipment, or consumable materials, responsible for ensuring all services are provided including, without limitation, the following: 
arrangement of facilities and coordination with other contractors. 

Responsible for supervising the loading/unloading of vessels and other inland base traffic, arranging the necessary stevedoring, pilot, pilot boats, mooring gang where necessary; monitoring third party supplier materials and Lifting gear equipment certified and proper for the load.
Adequate skid mounting or container/basket for transport to field. 
Proper barriers in place to prevent minor incidental contact damage while transporting. 
Perishable goods in jungle wrapped weatherproof packaging.
be responsible for ensuring all logistics services are provided to COMPANY including, without limitation, the following: - The arrangement of berthing facilities and liaison and coordination for the berthing of supply vessels. 
Planning of incoming and outgoing vessel traffic to ensure supply vessel have priority access to dock and quayside areas and to ensure non-dedicated adjacent berthing areas are available on an “as needed” basis and coordinate with port access.
