Event manager for two mandates:
Responsible for the management and supervision of all national events of the Federation, about 10 annually. Responsible for creating regulation manuals and unifying logistical processes associated with events. Creation and writing of strategic documents of the Federation. Management of a national community of event managers with around 20 volunteers. Implementation of corporate events with stakeholders. Trainer at ESN Portugal with a focus on event management and crisis management.

Main organizer of two editions of Erasmus National Meeting (ENM), with around 1000 participants for 4 days. Main organizer of the sports tournament, Erasmus National Games (ENG) with around 200 participants for 3 days:
Management of teams with around 35 volunteers. Crisis management. Management of funds and commercial and institutional partnerships. Support in the events' communication: writing press releases and managing social networks. Strategic restructuring of the events in order to expand and improve their logistic effectiveness.

Event Manager for the mandate of 2016-2017 and President for the 2017-2018 mandate:
Management of a team with 40 volunteers. Supervision and management of the association's calendar and activities. External representation for institutional and commercial partners. Administrative and financial management with the objective of the financial growth of the association. Development of strategies and internal trainings in order to develop the skills of the volunteers.

Responsible for the logistics, as a member of the organizing committee, of ENM, of ENG and several corporate events:
Management of logistics teams, conception and implementation of event programs.

Internship focused on the introduction to the labor market with development of marketing and business skills.
