As part of the Corporate Department of Novo Banco, since February 2018, my main function is to provide executive and administrative assistance to the Coordination of Departments that I support, ensuring an effective management of their daily needs and acting as a liaison point with other areas of the Bank. Among my responsibilities can be highlighted:

•	Provide dairy management, screen calls, and handling with queries;
•	Researching and preparation of data to prepare memos, presentations and reports; 
•	Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions and distributing them as needed;
•	Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, drafting itineraries as appropriate, and handling with Visa applications;
•	Support in verifying budget allocation and managing payment of invoices for services provided to the Bank;
•	Support in preparing legal documentation, classification and registration of Retail Credit Recovery extinct court documents; 
•	Prepare representation documents for Bank’s representation in corporate events, subsequent organization and maintenance of documental archive of all related documents (from PoA to minutes of meetings and deliberations);
•	Office management as space issues, IT requests, office supplies;
•	Handle expenses reports;
•	Assist with any other ad-hoc duties as directed;

Reporting to the General Manager, I acted as a liaison between the five Departments that were under his coordination, as well as with the Mutual Guarantee Entities in which the GM acted as the Bank's representative, being my responsibility the effective management of his daily commitments, the compilation of information for presentations and reports, and processing of documentation concerning the analysis of credit proposals for SMEs. Additionally, I was responsible for:
•	Provide daily management, with a high level of detail, coordinating and prioritizing
   daily tasks;
•	Organize internal and external meetings / conferences as well as international working groups at C- suite level;
•	Preparation and compilation of legal documentation to prepare fit and proper files for Bank Participation entities;
•	Prepare documents and presentations for review by boards of directors and committees;
•	Liaise with and act as contact point for all Departments under the responsibility of the General Manager on administrative and technical matters as billing, correspondence, legal support, requests and inputs;
•	Support in verifying budget allocation and managing payment of invoices for services provided to the Bank;
•	Provide general administrative support;
Team Assistant

I started my professional career at Novo Banco as a Team Assistant for the International Business Department, providing administrative support to a team of about forty people supporting the daily activity of correspondent banking, trade finance and cash management areas. 
In a path of professional growth, and with the creation of the International Units Area, I started to give support to projects in the African geographies, providing executive and administrative support to both technical teams and expatriate Team Leaders, accumulating functions with the executive support to the Directors of the International Business and International Units areas. Among my responsibilities were:
•	Provide support to International Human Resources Team in Expatriation Processes;
•	Creation and maintenance of a registration database of all the travels inherent to the projects, for reporting and control of costs, and of the compensation days to be assigned to the allocated resources;
•	Responsible for the liaison with consular entities present in Lisbon, in managing visas and processing all legal information inherent to the expatriation processes;
•	Act as point of contact with vendors and international providers, and provide office supplies;
•	Handle expenses report and maintain data database;
•	Preparation of all correspondence, internal notes, proposals, presentations, or other documents requested by the Directors;
•	Management of vacation schedules of the International Business and International Units teams;
•	Desk officer for the IMF Annual Meeting, ensuring scheduling of bilateral meetings for the CEO and to the International Department Coordinator, with International Correspondent Banks, registration for the most relevant forums and events, along with all the logistical issues inherent to this trip;
•	Screen calls, taking messages and handling with queries;
