Details of Experience: 
•  QA/QC-supervision & Quality control during construction&Installation, review and modifications for all documentation associated with Electrical and Instrumentation Installation; Inspection&Test Plan (ITP); ITR’s (Inspection Test Record) and Quality Test Plan (QTP) for ITER project; Method Statements, Vendor Documentation and Maintenance & Operations Manuals
• Ensure all QC procedures and process controls are being implemented within all areas relating to instrumentation items.
• I reviewed all contractors QC Instrumentation installation ITP's and method statements and verify contractor is following method statements.
• I followed and inspected the reception of electrical and instrumentation materials.
• I reviewed SAT (Site Acceptance test) Procedure modification and  harmonization of existing ITR's
(Inspection and Test Record), development of new ITR's to be in according with Construction and Testing requirements
• I checked installation and witness for Insulation Resistance Test for DC HV Bus bars 13.7 KV/55 KAmps:
TF (Toroidal Field); PF (Poloidal Field); CS (Compensation Solenoid) and CC (Compensation Circuit).
• I checked and I approved, documentation downloaded in SPO (Smart Plant Owner) by Contractors and Suppliers before installation and after testing.
• Inspection for: instrument installation including pre-installation visual checks, tubing installation, leak test for tubing, LV motors: Windings insulation resistance test, PI Test (Polarization Index) and Vibration measuring test. 
• Inspection for installation and for Partial Discharge Test of HV cables 66 KV and 22 KV: between Harmonic Filters and high voltage switches, after that between high voltage switches and power transformers 66 KV/13.7 KV or 22 KV/13.7 KV.
• Reviewing the correctness of the content of MCD (Mechanical Completion Dossier) uploaded by contractors for electrical works in SPO (Smart Plant Owner), its approval or rejection.

Project, Type & Design: Expansion Simple Cycle to C.C.P.P (Combined Cycle Power Plant) in Egypt/Al-Shabaab/HRSG (Heat Recovery Steam Generator).
Details of Experience:
• Preparation of Red Mark and As Built for drawings (electrical and instrumentation) to achieve the final drawings by engineering department Sofinter/ACBoilers-Milano/Italy.
• Recording, monitoring and control Non-conformance (NCR), investigations and monitoring of the implementation of corrective action 
• Coordinate with the client for punch list closure and final acceptance.
• QA/QC-supervision& Quality control during construction& Installation, review all documentation associated with Electrical Installation: RFI (Request for Inspection); Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) and Quality Test Plan (QTP) for client projects; Method Statements, Vendor Documentation and Maintenance& Operations Manuals.
• Witness and supervision for electrical tests:
- Continuity and insulation resistance test for low voltage cables
- Insulation resistance test and Solo-run test for motors and verify protection according to motor data.
• Witness and supervision test for instrument devices:
- Supervision of instrumentation work (cable pulling, instrument installation, hydrostatic test, pressure test) on site.
- Loop check test for I/O (Input/output) signals between instruments and DCS (Data Control System).
- SAT (Site Acceptance Test) to achieve calibration certificate using P&IDs, instrument lists, Hook-up drawings, loop diagrams.
• Development of quality plans that coverall stages of the project, preparing and sending to the client of MCC (Mechanical Completion Certificates) and TOP Dossier (Turn-Over Package) - documentation handover.

Project, Type & Design: :  Hydro Power Plant Project/Ingula Pumped Storage Scheme-Ladysmith/ South Africa
Details of Experience: 
• Inspection for clearance of Master Punch List.
• Coordinate and assist construction team to solve any encountered problems related to inspection and testing activities to meet schedule and avoid any delay of activities.
• Technical assistance for Commissioning Manager and Electrical & Instrument Commissioning team leader for planning development and reporting liaise with construction/mechanical completion groups, evolution, modifications during testing and commissioning of electrical, and instrumentation devices.
• Correction and harmonization drawings from different revisions, preparation of Red Mark and As Built for drawings (electrical and instrumentation) to achieve the final drawings by engineering department Voith/Heidenheim-Germany.

Project, Type & Design: Upgrading Oil&Gas Platform- FPF1- Greater Stella Platform ( Floating Production Facility) in Gdansk Shipyard/Poland
Details of Experience:
• Performed visual inspection& pre-commissioning for: motors, power cables, gas turbine motor, emergency generator, seawater pump, air compressors.
• Performed inspection and pre-commissioning before energize the following electrical equipment such as: transformers;, Un-interruptible power supply (UPS), MCC (Motor Control Center), normal and emergency lighting ,small power distribution board for completion ITR's type A to be sure all electrical equipment and systems are operated safely in compliance with safety standard and regulatory documents as per commissioning requirements and procedures
• Assist the Electrical& Instrument Manager for planning development and reporting liaise with construction/mechanical completion groups on a daily basis
• Witness and supervision for: commissioning and energization (vendor present in site) of low voltage switchgears (Schneider) functional test, testing f CT & VT; contact resistance test and interlock test.
• Solo-run test for motors and verify protection according to motor data.
• Insulation Resistance Test for motors and LV cables.
• Energization of distribution boards for lighting and socket outlet.
• For power transformers: Winding Resistance Measurement; Insulation Resistance Test; Ratio and Vector Group Test; Measurement of no-load loss and current (Open circuit test); tests. On-load tap-changer.
• High Pot Test for High Voltage cables.
• Reviewing commissioning procedures and implementing changes where required.
• Final drafting of Mechanical Completion Dossier and Commissioning Dossier, coordinating closure of punch items and ensuring that all information were recorded for final handover to operations.

Details of Experience: 
• QA/QC-supervision and Quality control during construction/erection phase, responsible and familiarized with the job specifications, review all documentation associated with Electrical Installation, RFI (Request for Inspection);Inspection &Test Plans (ITP), Procedures, Method Statements, Vendor Documentation, Maintenance&Operations Manuals and to survey if the work of Subcontractors donnas per standards and specifications.
• Implementing coverage of proper installation, wiring and cable laying, cladding, termination, witnessing of insulation resistance test and Hipot-Test.
• Coordinate and assist construction to solve any encountered problems related to inspection and testing activities to meet schedule and avoid any delay of activities.
• Prepare internal punch list and coordinate with the construction prior for inspections.
• Coordinate with the client for punch list closure and final acceptance.

Details of Experience: 
I have worked in Nigeria, client Chevron- U.S.A. and Southern Gas Company Nigeria, contractor Techint_Cimi_Montubi Nigeria Ltd as Electrical Supervisor specialist in the execution of electrical installations.
Here I have led 3 teams with 6-10 local workers each with which we have executed:
• Team1 worked - for cable trays; electrical circuits for normal lighting and emergency; Installing, connection and checking smoke detectors by stations and substations; erection and installing device for high mast lighting pole.
• Team2 worked:performed3M joints for cable terminals; Installing and connection batteries in battery room; installing infrared device for medium and high voltage panels; installing and connection junction box; installing, connection and checking electrical equipment's by station (panels, drawers, switches); different cables glands for the stations and substations.
• Team3 worked: Installing power transformers, installing Bus-duct; connection bus bar inside of Bus- duct; grounding; installing and connections for over 25 cathodic protection transformers; realization of grid for cathodes protections around and inside the area; pulling cables.

Project, Type & Design: ADRIATIC LNG.
Details of Experience: 
QA/QC supervision & Quality control during construction/erection phase, responsible with Electrical Inspection as per ITP (Inspection and Test Plan), Single line diagram, engineering specification, material specification.
• Inspections of: earthing system, LV cables, cable ladder/trays, miscellaneous electrical equipment. Switchgears.
• Testing of draw-out position even for incoming Bus-tie circuit breakers shall be electrically interlocked.
• Inspection of installation of: fiber optic cables, electrical and instrument devices as per P&ID, instrument datasheet, layout drawings (single line diagram) and schematic diagram.

• Works of operating high voltage electrical equipment- Power Transformer Station 110KV/6KV-SRA1 Petrochemical Plant Borzesti.
• Perform maneuvers with electrical 110kv high voltage, power transformers 40MVA and 63MVA, switches 110KV with MOP devices (oleo-pneumatic mechanism), line separators on air 110kv power lines, related rigging equipment with electric medium voltage withdrawable circuits breakers 6KV on departures from sections bar, on electrical transformer station 110KV/6KV- SRA1 Petrochemical Plant Borzesti România.

Project, Type & Design: Operating and Maintenance for Low Voltage equipment in Petrochemical Plant Borzesti/România.
Details of Experience:
•	Repairs, maintenance and operation of electrical motors of low and high voltage and HVAC equipment.
•	Maintenance of roads lightning inside and outside the company location.
•	Due to the fact that the operation of the company takes place in a corrosive environment, also I have replaced the cable trays.
•	I have performed erection and installation of switchboards for different types of electrical motors.
•	I have worked in different plants with three – phase sockets and 220V sockets, switches, different types of lightning fixtures, transformers and welding machines.
•	Being a chemical plant I have worked a lot in explosive medium with anti – ex equipment, ventilation systems, acoustic and optic warning devices for detection of gases within respective area.
•	Maintenance of low voltage stations and of main switchboards.
•	I have performed installation of switchboards for motors remote control with thermal relays, contactors, star-delta motor starters.
