▪ Liaison and creating business relationship with control system product vendors and distributors to inquire about machine specs, control system parts and instruments.

▪ Developed central plant production reporting system (SCADA) with remote access using Siemens S7 300 and Simatic WinCC for printing and batching machines.

▪ Manage reports regarding electricity generation and fuel consumption data. 
▪ Manage Routine and preventive inspection/maintenance of Gensets installed in house. 
▪ Instrument, Analyzer and Valve Specification & Sizing. ▪ Managing erection of complete processing unit machines and distribution system.

▪ SANTA Shrink 5 Chambers Complete up gradation of Power & Control Panel of 5 Chamber fabric dryer & shrinker, with Thermo Oil heating mechanism, along with Pin-Chain & two Padders from manual to Automatic Operation. PLC: Fatek, Digital I/Os: 357, Analog Inputs: 12, Analog Output: 14, RTDs: 7  
▪ Solid Fuel Thermal Fluid Heat Complete Automation of thermo oil heater of 6 Million Kcal with the capacity to heat thermal oil up to 300°C & maximum pressure of 6 MPa. It comprises induced & forced draft fans with chain grate for fuel. PLC: Siemens S7-300, Digital I/Os: 55, Analog Inputs: 4, Analog Outputs: 3, RTDs/TC: 7. 
▪ Fongs Jet Dyeing Machine Automation of discontinuous Jet Dyeing Machine with capacity of 2000 kg per batch. Machine comprises main vessel with liquor circulation pump & 8 winches, stock tank, two side tanks, I/P converters, Flow-meters, level/pressure transmitter, seam sensor, proximity switches, pneumatic valves & cylinders. PLC: SEDOMAT, Digital I/Os: 192, Analog Inputs: 4, Analog Outputs: 14, RTDs: 4.  
▪ Filling System for Chemical Tanks of DOSATEX & Constant Quality Concentration (CQC) System Filling system for DOSATEX comprising 30 Chemical tanks & 1 Water Tank from transport vehicle to storage tanks. Indication of the Levels of the tanks as well as tank with active filling & status of corresponding tanks valve whether Open/Shut. While in CQC system line wash function is also added
