Monitored and facilitated the company's accounting to promote timely execution/maintenance, in line with the Portuguese GAAP (NCRF) and the German GAAP. Administered and organised the company’s annual financial statements, while serving as a certified accountant. Partnered with the Tax Authority, Social Security, Statutory Auditors, and various relevant entities to draft all legal/tax returns. Developed management budgets and analysed level of execution, as well as enhanced improvement plans and assisted in informed decision-making. Oversaw Collections Management and conflict resolution with third parties.
•	Ensured financial management of the company; promoting stability and optimization through establishing contacts with banking entities.
•	Collaborated with the legal department of the HO and with external entities, such as lawyers/auditors to administer the Legal area.
•	Developed, incorporated, and utilized Management Information Systems, including SAP FI, SAP CM, SAP BOFC, and SAP BW as well as contributed in ensuring reliability of information systems and decision support.
•	Headed the maintenance and security of buildings belonging to the company assets, serving as a Facility Manager.
•	Led teams of the financial department as well as supervised and delegated functions, while liaising with other teams within the company and relevant external parties,
•	Fostered and maintained a robust working environment with a keen focus on securing proposed goals as well as delivered high levels of motivation/dedication within the teams.

Financial audits in companies in the following industries: textiles, tire industry, metallurgical, insurance companies, mold industry, among others.
