Sales Execution
o Complete sales accountability to achieve sustainable profitable growth of the company
o Accountable for selling consumer relevant directive assortments to key or strategic accounts through “Futures” and
“At-Once” business
o Use marketing and product initiatives to position the Brand with customer o Analyze the annual budget and ensure its implementation
 Strategy
o Contribute to the development of and lead the implementation of the category strategic direction as well as the
strategic plan. Develop accurate and realistic go-to-market plans, seasonal assortments, forecasts and scenario
plans
o Conduct yearly/monthly/seasonal business reviews with customer and internal stakeholders o Meet all reporting deadlines in a timely and consistent manner
o Manage brand operations (product, price, expansion, competitor and business policies);
 Communication
o Establish and maintain timely, consistent and positive external and internal relationships.
o Communicate daily with buyers, manager, customer service, order management and sales operations. Share
expertise and best practice information with the sales team & Franchisees.
 Order Management
o Accountable for the execution, management and timely coordination of account orders including entry, tracking, order confirmation, cancellations and delivery information.
 Meeting Facilitation/Participation
o Accountable for the preparation, planning and delivery of clear and persuasive sales line presentations. participate
in account and G-star meetings including pre-lines and sales meetings.
 Marketing and Brand image management.
