•	Saved more than US$ 15 million for the company due to her outstanding negotiation skills.
•	Reduced from 7.5% to 0.5% the stock unavailability (Opex).
•	Increased from 35% to 85% the “On-Time-In-Full” (OTIF) of suppliers from the categories under her management.

•	Assessed procurement needs, planned purchases, assisted management, implemented better procurement methods and reduced costs.

•	Negotiated +8M US$ in contracts with local providers as part of an important project in Argentina and was in charge of the coordination and management of the several buyers in different countries.
•	Built a trustful relationship with providers and was considered the main contact point to solve complex issues such as alternative technical solutions to be adopted, tax and legal subjects.
•	Decreased by 20% the average time spent in the implementation process of six new corporate strategic contracts and supply agreements and saved more than US$ 10 million budget in the process.

•	Headed the procurement process and policy builder, fixed standardized forms as Request for proposals - RFPs and compared commercial and technical tables.

•	Maximized an annual budget of $50M USD and was responsible for all purchasing (Materials and Services) for Enterprises construction of residential and commercial buildings.
•	Delivered more than ten enterprises under budget and according to schedule planning.
•	Successfully evaluated and approved more than twenty new suppliers for company.

•	Engineer responsible for more than 20 CAPEX projects for new factories that produce industrialized products and handle natural products. Also, in charge of projects such as incubation house, a grain storage, distribution centres, sewerage and water treatment stations, and support buildings. 
•	As a Project Manager, shaped the different phases of the project, such as project scope, premises definition, task duration, cost and resources allocation and controlling the project execution.
•	Responsible for technical specification and defining solutions for civil works overseeing 20 CAPEX projects ($ 100 M USD), developed request for quotation, created price and technical comparative spreadsheets and did the equalization of supplier’s proposals.
•	Supported several commercial negotiations and controlled the execution of project works in their different steps.
•	Operated the Engineering department as a Project Coordinator, as well as two Incubatory projects, BRF Pilot Plant and BRF Shared Services Centre in Curitiba - Brazil.
•	Developed a civil engineering project for the new factory of industrialized products in MENA, including defining the procedures, executing technical approval of engineering projects and working with the company POCH engineering company, in Santiago - Chile. The company was later sold to WPS (www.wsp.com).
Achievements: 
•	Optimized the results and saved $1 M USD by identifying 10+ technical solution patterns for the factory projects (including isolated panels, fire resistant walls and doors, industrial slabs and floor protection, industrial sewage system, sanitary furniture and metals, thermal sealing, etc).
•	Assigned as the technical person responsible for the specification and approval of engineering projects related to construction, working closely with international engineering companies.
•	Due my performance, I was promoted twice inside the company to positions with more responsibilities.

•	Oversaw the development of projects as well as their execution in the construction of churches, schools, and residential and commercial buildings.
•	Facilitated technical tasks in order to produce and design work related to architecture; structural projects made of reinforced concrete; electrical, telephone, drainage, hydraulic and sanitary projects, for new constructions and for remodelling buildings. 
•	Elaborated budgets for construction projects using package software (Volare).
•	Forecasted material acquisition and was responsible for supplier’s negotiation.
•	Set up projects to be approved in the city planning councils and supervised all the different legal details related to the construction of buildings.
Achievements: 
•	Coordinated teams of 20 workers on site as the person responsible for quality and labor control, measurement, and general site duties. 
•	Supervised the construction of 15 churches built in structural masonry with concrete blocks. 
•	Oversaw the construction process of five schools, houses and residential condominiums built with reinforced concrete and steel.
