We are currently looking for a French-speaking Customer Advisor for our partner company in the insurance industry, who wants to start their career in Portugal as soon as possible.
You can work remotely from home, anywhere in Portugal.
As the first point of contact for customers, you demonstrate excellent communication skills and can provide friendly and solution-oriented advice.
You never let customer conversations escalate but always find a satisfactory solution for your conversation partners.

As a Customer Advisor in the insurance industry, you will utilize your skills to solve emerging problems accurately and efficiently and provide solution-oriented advice to your customers.

French-language inbound customer support via phone, chat, and email regarding various insurance topics Responding to emails and sending documents, information, contracts, etc.
Documenting relevant case information in the internal ticketing system Processing claims or canceling inquiries Electronically archiving successfully completed cases Reviewing and updating customer data or similar changes Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction Responding appropriately to customer escalations and accurately documenting the process Representing the company's values and maintaining a good reputation Our Offer.
