Together Cruising the World! Come join us! Job Description As a Water Sports/Land Experience Coordinator, you will actively participate in all water sports activities and Shorex experiences offered onboard.
Your primary responsibility will be to guide guests, provide clear instructions, and prioritize their safety during various water-based activities.
Additionally, you will engage with guests, offering information, and assisting at the front desk.
Your role will also entail assisting with lectures, capturing memorable moments during shore excursions, escorting tours, and contributing to onboard entertainment and set-ups.
One important task will be assisting with Shorex activities and entertainment activities onboard.
Qualifications Previous experience in a similar role or demonstrated experience in the tourism Industry Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests Small-Vessel Proficiency Certificate (RYA Powerboat Level 2 or equivalent) STCW Basic Safety Training Certificate Jet ski trainer certificate Proficiency in driving zodiacs, jet skis, and leading kayak activities Strong organizational skills to manage front desk duties and concierge services Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances Responsibilities.
Guide guests and provide instructions for water sports activities Ensure the safety of guests during all water-based activities Drive zodiacs, and jet skis, and lead kayak activities Communicate with guests and offer information about tours and destinations Assist with front desk reception duties, including providing information to guests, and booking taxis, among others Assist with Shorex activities, including lectures Collect pictures of shore excursion activities Bus dispatch and provide directions to guests ashore Escort guests on tours Assist with on-board entertainment (set-ups, sound and lighting in auditoriums, lounges, and other areas) Assist the Cruise Director with onboard office duties (e.
., daily program and TV information) Requisites.
Strong customer service skills and ability to handle guest inquiries and concerns Previous experience in water sports instruction or related field preferred Physical fitness and strength to perform water-based activities and assist with set-ups Proficiency in Computer and Microsoft PowerPoint skills Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
