Your Role.
Provide support to high level clients to help them grow across multiple channels chat email and phone; Support and expand the selfserve advertising base for clients in the online and digital advertising domain; Provide pre and postsales support for all selfservice products; Provide product and tool support to enhance clients experience; Identify and solve problems technical bugs and ads delivery issues; Resolve customer issues in a timely manner proactively communicate to clients on progress and proactively identify areas where clients can improve usage of our solutions; Provide vital product insights and feedback from our customers to engineering.
Requirements.
Fluent command of Ukrainian Good level of English (min.
B2) Interest in digital technologies No experience needed but would be an asset Excellent soft and communication are a must CONTRACT.
Initial contract with a duration of 12 months permanent after 2 years (or 1 renewal) Private health insurance after contract signature (additionally to the standard insurance).
