This role will be mainly focused on customer support and billing management.
Key responsibilities include.
- Customer Support.
You'll be handling customer inquiries, resolving billing issues, and assisting with account management.
A friendly and professional demeanor is essential.
- Billing Management.
You'll be responsible for generating and tracking invoices, handling payment processing, and ensuring that our subscription management is efficient and error-free.
- Reporting and Analytics.
You'll need to provide regular reports on billing data, customer issues, and support metrics.
A good eye for detail and strong analytical skills are important.
- Have a solid understanding of the Turo platform, or at least be eager to learn quickly.
- Be able to commit to a full-time role.
This is a key role in my business and I need someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent service to our customers.
