TREASURY OFFICER (M/F)

Heading is recruiting for its client, an oil and gas company, an Treasury Officer   (M/F) to be based in Maputo Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities.
-  Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities.
- Processing payments vs suppliers, social contribution & taxes, payroll, incoming payments; - Perform checking and filling of approved invoices and bank statements; - Upload company bank statement  and daily exchange rate on the system; - Ensure adherence to the pre-determined monthly cash flow reported - Liaise with banks on day-to-day matters; - Perform checking and filling of treasury documents - Process guarantee deposit agreements for expatriate employees - Document all business financial transactions pertaining to the treasury and insurance unit - Provide support to Treasury and Insurance Coordinator in daily treasury matters; - Liaise with HR, C&P regarding employees and vendor matters; - Monitor the correctness and proper update of the list of the Company’s authorized officials for the Company’s bank accounts.
- Monitor the local bank ratings, maintain a database of local banks with acceptable liability.

- Participation in preparation and regular revision of the treasury procedures.

- Practice Company's HSE Management System.
Provide safe and healthy conditions of work to subordinate personnel and control over compliance by these personnel with safe and labor protection rules and regulations.
- Ensure that staff are adequately trained on the job and in  terms of HSE aspects to meet HSE targets.
Qualifications & Experience.
- Degree in Economy, accounting, or any other relevant financial degree - Minimum of 2 years of relevant related experience - Excellent knowledge of financial and economic analysis; - Excellent knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and IAS; - Excellent Management Skills; - Excellent Budgeting Skills;
