Job Description.
Important information.
- 9 months internship (starts on September , ends on June ) - Full time position (40 hours per week) - EUR monthly + meal allowance + transportation allowance Responsibilities - your mission As an intern in Travel & Expenses at (COMPANY NAME) your tasks may be related with.
* Learning and understanding the company's Travel & Expenses policy; * Checking the correctness of submitted reimbursement claims by employees; * Handling upcoming email queries from employees; * Assisting the team with the internal and external controls; * Learning different expense reimbursement tools; * Support the T&E communication process to (COMPANY NAME) travelers by helping the management of T&E Google site, preparing emailings and presentations.
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have * Recent graduates, bachelor students (from the 2nd year onwards) and mastering students; * Degree in Marketing, Communication, Tourism or Accounting; * Attention to detail and accuracy; * Customer focus; * Integrity and creativity; * Effective communication skills, both oral and written * Ease with communication tools, like Google Slides, Power Point, Adobe Illustrator.
* Ability to work with all organizational level, stakeholder management * Keeping positive work relationship; * Language.
English - Advanced level * Spanish, French or German is a plus.
