As part of the takeover of a global outsourcing service for one of our customers we are looking for 1 Senior Transition Manager M/F Freelance.
This outsourcing arrangement is based on a team of 15 people with a Service Desk TME TMA application support and governance.
Our customer is one of Europes leading players in the wholesale distribution of office supplies.
We are looking for a Freelance Senior Transition Manager M/F to support the existing Transition Manager playing a crucial role in improving the transition plan methodology and overseeing implementation.
Your missions.
Your main responsibilities are.
Analysis.
Take part in analysing the existing situation.
Understanding our delivery model based on a spotify model.
Project Transition Planning.
Help the Transition Manager to Develop a complete Transition Plan describing the stages the different projects the expected results the planning and the deliverables.
Transition Management.
Overseeing the implementation of the transition project carried out by the current transition manager.
Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with the transition.
Coaching the current transition manager.
Work closely with the existing transition manager to enhance his skills particularly in terms of transition plan methodology.
Provide expert support in applying best practices and efficient processes for a Transition.
Profile required.
Required skills.
Excellent knowledge of transition project plan methodology for Services managed.
Project Management delivery experience.
Excellent knowledge of ITIL.
Ability to support an existing team.
A good pedagogue who can share his knowledge and experience.
Ability to adapt.
Good communication.
Spoken languages.
English (French is not mandatory).
Engineer or masters degree Minimum 8 years experiences as a Transition Manager Extra information Localisation.
