Nestlé Business Services Lisbon (NBS Lisbon) Full-time Bachelor’s Degree Position Summary For our NBS Lisbon Source to Pay (S2P) department, we are currently looking for a Transactional Support Junior Specialist.
This professional will be responsible to execute all the operational processes and documents for procurement and day to day claims in a timely manner to ensure the continuity of supply of goods/services.
A day in the life of...
• Ensure the timely generation of Purchase orders from Purchase Requisitions in adherence to the Procurement policies and standards and NBS SLAs; • Timely resolution of parket, blocked and GI/IR issues and escalation of critical ones to Buyers; • Ensure accuracy of procurement related transactional data; • Ensure standard routines are updated for any potential legal or process changes; • Participate in the monitoring of SLAs and PPIS and ensure appropriate actions/plans to correct deviations; • Participate in continuous Improvement programs and standardization of processes; • Participate in PPIs trends (SLAs), root cause analysis of mistakes/errors and problem solving (by initiating a GSTD).
