Responsabilidades - Identify training needs and provide a training program for the clients; - Provide support to the Master Trainer in the daily training schedule and other needs; - Provide product support to the clients; - Promote methods and tools to achieve and exceed customer satisfaction; - Conduct training with sample support; - Participate in company and clients' events, providing all the necessary support; - Support market prospecting, looking for new business opportunities, mainly in LifeStyle products; - Support clients with product demonstrations and technical support, as part of the new business strategy; - Respond to clients queries, VOCs and complaints, among others inherent to the role.
Requisitos - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field; - Previous experience in a similar role; - Experience with MS Office (Excel and Power Point); - Fluency in Portuguese and English; - Excellent verbal, writing, interpersonal communication and content skills.
