Descrição/Funções.
- Zelar para que todos os recebimentos da Empresa estejam corretos e atempadamente refletidos nas respetivas contas bancárias e contabilísticas; - Controlar os montantes creditados nas contas da Empresa, acompanhando os valores teóricos em comparação com os saldos reais das várias contas e consolidando os desvios detetados; - Acompanhar informação sobre meios de pagamentos e lançar diariamente as respetivas planilhas; - Analisar e acompanhar as contas e processos administrativos, verificando o lançamento diário de faturas e efetuando cobranças em caso de dívidas pendentes; - Controlar e lançar custos adicionais; - Esclarecer dúvidas e procurar esclarecimentos sobre tratamento dos processos de cash-in.
Requisitos.
- Formação (técnica ou superior) nas áreas de Contabilidade, Finanças, Gestão ou similar; - Nível de Excel intermédio/avançado; - Noções de SAP serão valorizadas; - Excelente capacidade para comunicar e trabalhar em equipa; - Rigor, capacidade de análise e orientação para o detalhe; - Planeamento, organização e gestão de prioridades; - Flexibilidade, Resiliência e Capacidade de Adaptação.

- Contrato de trabalho com a Adecco Recursos Humanos com possibilidade de integração; - Horário das 9H às 18H, de segunda a sexta feira; - Vencimento base de € por em dia de Subsídio de Alimentação;
