TECHNICAL WRITER - 1 TO 3YRS - ONLY IMMEDIATE JOINER CAN APPLY

Position Description.
The ideal candidate has excellent written/grammatical skills and can review both functional and technical user documentation.
The candidate must also have analytical skills and enjoy reading, writing, and learning new things.
The candidate must be self motivated and organized.
Responsibilities include reviewing functional and technical user documentation along with drafting documentation for new functionality.
The Documentation member will work with functional and technical members to create online help and other forms of documentation that enhances the user experience.
The individual must have experience with Microsoft Office tools such as Microsoft Word, and must know how to format a document using pre-defined styles.
The individual must be able to learn new skills quickly.
Experience with Adobe RoboHelp is a big advantage.
Experience with the Advantage application is preferred.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES The key responsibilities for this role are.
• Write/review release notes for resolved defects, database changes and new enhancements.
• Write/review documentation for new enhancements or changes to the application.
• Format/review updates to existing guides/new guides.
• Migrate documentation from Advantage 3x to Advantage 4.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Technical Skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Word to format documentation • Experience with Adobe RoboHelp is preferred • Experience with Advantage is preferred Functional Skills.
• Strong analytical skills to understand and write functional documentation for new enhancements.
• Excellent grammatical skills, which will be used in all aspects of this role.
• Ability to review and format functional and technical documentation.
• Ability to work in a non-conventional environment with virtual CGI teams spanning time zones across the U.

• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) to work synergistically with members from multiple teams and cultures.
