What you'll be doing at Webhelp As a French and English-Speaking Technical Support Engineer, you will.
Coordinate with software engineers to address escalated technical issues promptly.
Enhance collaboration for effective problem-solving and bug resolution.
Manage the correct and efficient escalation of bugs and technical issues to software engineers.
Manage the ticket queue volumes and work with the team to ensure customer issues are resolved Prioritize and facilitating swift resolutions to enhance user experience Serve as the primary contact for all technical concerns related to the platform.
Ensure streamlined communication channels for issue resolution.
Act as the main link between users and Customer Success on one side and development teams on the other.
Facilitate effective communication flow to address technical issues promptly.

Are fluent in both French and English Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Demonstrate expertise in API integrations Are proficient in collaborating with developers, product managers, account managers, and clients Are a skilled problem solver Are capable of effectively communicating complex issues in both written and verbal forms Exhibit an autonomous personality, with a keen interest in taking initiatives and leading projects If you feel you don't check off every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply either way.
