TECHNICAL PRESALES CONSULTANT - MICROSOFT 365 (M/F/D)

About the Team The (COMPANY NAME) Hybrid Cloud Centre of Excellence Europe is a team of technology experts and certified solution architects responsible for supporting the European countries and their partners in designs, architectures, and technical enablement.
They combine a deep understanding of hybrid cloud technology, applications, industry best practices, business processes and architectural patterns to drive IT transformation initiatives that meet the business objectives of our customers.
Job Purpose Certified engineer with specialist knowledge in Microsoft 365 technologies, primarily working across Europe internally/externally with the partner base and sales organization on delivering Microsoft 365 CoPilot cloud enablement journeys and partner readiness.
Responsibilities.
* Communicate Microsoft 365 CoPilot product and technology information to educate internal and external audiences.
* Delivering training in webinar and workshop format around the technology Copilot and M365.
* Ability to identify and talk about co-sell opportunities around Microsoft Security and Data.
* Deal with product/solution enquiries from internal/external sales and customers.
* Work with sales teams to build standardized enablement journeys for customers.
* Opportunity to deliver basic post-sales implementation services.
* Develop Product knowledge to a competent technical level in line with vendor/business expectations.
* Work towards the required level of technical knowledge in product or technology group and the achievement of any vendor related accreditation.
Knowledge Skills and Experience.
* Proven knowledge and experience in Microsoft 365 Services and Solutions including Security and Data.
* Professional and polished delivery of customer presentations.
* Strong attention to detail, priority management, and planning skills.
* Good business skills and able to run trainings and workshops / webinars.
* Knowledge about Microsoft 365 CoPilot technology is desirable.
Required qualifications.
* Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
* Background and proven experience working as technical pre-sales, engineer or as a technical consultant and trainer.
* Excellent oral verbal and written communication skills.
* Fluent in English and other languages are a plus.
* Microsoft Certifications in Microsoft 365 or willingness to obtain them it in the first 6 months.
