We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Trainee to join our team! What role will you play? You will assist all recruiting processes, gaining new responsibilities throughout your internship; Searching & Interacting with potential candidates on professional networks and social media; Creating talent pipelines for current and future hires; Scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers; You will learn to use our ATS system to its full potential; You will be part of the onboarding of new employees, where you will share important information and guide them during the beginning of their journey.
Your Profile.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field Proficient level of both Portuguese and English language Agile approach and goal oriented Collaboration and team development skills Strong organizational capabilities; What do we offer?
