Role We are looking for an ambitious and motivated professional with relevant experience from technical recruiting to join our Portuguese office.
Together with our People Team you will be managing end-to-end recruitment processes ensuring great candidate experiences along the way.
To be successful in this role you will need to gain understanding and knowledge of our company and product offering to successfully find the perfect applicants matching our culture and mission.

Responsibil ities Find, attract & engage candidates for current and future hiring needs and act as their point of contact while ensuring a positive candidate experience Working closely with hiring managers across the organization with all aspects of the hiring process, including scoping roles, writing technical job descriptions Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.
.
social platforms and professional networks.) Build a local network of candidates Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details On-boarding of new employees Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events Assist with daily HR activities in the Portuguese entity Continuously develop business knowledge of company and current market dynamics Skills and qualifications You bring at least 2-5 years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
Experience/interest in innovative technologies and the renewable energy markets is meriting.
I deally you have experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, assessment tests and modern applicant tracking system.
We value strong communication skills and the ability to work in a small agile team.
You are highly proficient in business English.
