Job Description As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will have the opportunity to use your skills and experience to support the development of the engineering talent acquisition strategy for our Engineering Hub in Lisbon.
Working closely with the HR Manager, and with the TA Partners you will be responsible for achieving ambitious goals by actively recruiting as well as developing innovative initiatives, robust structures, and processes, and ultimately contributing to the growth of an industry leading Talent Acquisition team.
Partner and coordinate with hiring managers to identify talent acquisition needs Together with the TA team develop robust Standard Operating Procedures to refine current processes Proactively source potential candidates through online channels (e.

job boards, social platforms and professional networks etc), whilst identifying additional and new financially-feasible sources Screen and interview potential candidates, including assessments and in-person interviews Report on KPI’s, projects and deliverables to HR Manager and key stakeholders as required Create and manage recruitment pipelines as well as report on TA activities per market Follow the agreed Talent Acquisition processes to ensure a thorough, consistent and objective selection process is undertaken with each candidate Undertake thorough, fair and well-evidenced interviews with potential candidates including briefing them on the interview process and managing their expectations effectively Initiate and develop strong relationships with Engineering stakeholders to understand and assist with their Talent Acquisition needs Partner with employer branding team to create talent attraction initiatives Develop strong external knowledge of the Engineering market to provide guidance and advice to internal stakeholders e.

passports, ID cards etc) Maintain post-hiring contact with new recruits to ensure an outstanding candidate experience Where relevant provide additional support to the business around sourcing, identifying and assessing potential candidates Pro-actively and professionally represent Evolution in the external market as an employer of choice for candidates Qualifications Proven work experience as an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and in English Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle using various selection and interview techniques as well as evaluation methods Experience recruiting for IT roles at various levels, including senior/lead roles Familiar with the latest social media strategies and sourcing tools (market mapping, intelligence gathering etc) with experience putting these into practice General knowledge of Portuguese employment law, where it pertains to Talent Acquisition is a must Approachable, proactive and energetic attitude with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Able to make decisions requiring independent judgment as well as maintaining strict confidentiality Driven and dedicated with the ability to think of the bigger picture, and come up with innovative ideas to attract talent I'm interested I'm interested Privacy Policy
