Position Overview.
As a SwedishSpeaking Customer Advisor you will assume a pivotal role in ensuring unparalleled customer satisfaction for our Swedishspeaking clientele.
Situated in the vibrant city of Lisbon Portugal youll have the opportunity to engage with our diverse customer base guiding them through our array of green energy solutions with warmth expertise and dedication.
Responsibilities.
Deliver exceptional customer support across multiple communication channels including phone email and chat addressing inquiries troubleshooting issues and resolving concerns promptly and courteously.
Educate customers on our portfolio of green energy products services and sustainability initiatives empowering them to make informed choices aligned with their values.
Manage billing inquiries account administration tasks and technical support matters with efficiency and precision.
Collaborate seamlessly with crossfunctional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system contributing to data integrity and process optimization.
Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in service delivery and contribute positively to team morale and cohesion.
Requirements.
Fluency in spoken and written Swedish is a prerequisite complemented by a minimum B2 proficiency in English.
Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customercentric mindset and a passion for problemsolving.
Thrive in a dynamic fastpaced environment displaying adaptability and resilience in the face of evolving challenges.
While prior experience in customer support or a related field is advantageous it is not mandatory.
Possess strong organizational abilities and an acute attention to detail.
Exhibit technological proficiency with a knack for swiftly mastering new systems and software applications.
