Experiência superior a 2 anos como Engenheiro de Suporte (cliente, papel técnico e/ou cobrança de suporte); Experiência com Azure Fundamentals (conceitos de Cloud, Azure Networking) e Azure Active Directory Fundamentals (eg.
utilizador, grupo, gestão de domínio); Fortes conhecimentos em plataforma Azure; Bons conhecimentos em Windows Active Directory Services e Windows Networking; Bons conhecimentos de gestão do Office 365; Fluência em Inglês e/ou Francês; Capacidade de colaborar e trabalhar em equipa; Excelentes competências de diagnóstico e resolução de problemas; Excelentes capacidades de comunicação; Boas competências de organização e gestão e tempo.
