•The member will be required to work with the Client support team with various European and North American customers to recreate, analyze and resolve client reported issues related to a CGI IP.
• Responsible for driving the resolution of client reported issues through coordination with technical and development teams.
• Complete ownership of client reported tickets until the issue is confirmed as resolved by the client.
• The member must be flexible to work in shifts including CET day hours and provide on call support during the weekends/off hours.
Required qualifications for this role.
• Should be a graduate with minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a support analyst.
• Analyse trace logs, perform dump analysis, debug and trouble shoot application errors.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, stakeholders and other business functions.
• Candidate should have knowledge of defect and ticket tracking tools.
• Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
Mandatory Skills.
•JIRA, Confluence, Remedy (or similar) Desired Skills.
Knowledge of SQL would be added advantage.
C++, VC++.,Net/C# Create Tickets and respond to the stake holders promptly, Escalates unresolved issues to proper personnel.
• Create execution templates & Knowledge Articles for internal handover & analysis • Technical ability to understand the issues related to day to day operations Skills.
