What you can expect Do you have experience in customer service? Do you have previous experience managing medium-sized teams, ensuring that they deliver the best service possible? Then you can be the Supervisor we’re looking for! What you will do Ensuring the team’s development, monitoring and evaluation; Motivating the team; Managing the team daily, according to internal policies; Ensuring the accomplishment of the Key Performance Indicators; Developing action plans for continuous improvement.
What you will need Fluent in French (mandatory); English (B2 level); Interest and passion for managing teams (experience is a plus); Solid experience in contact center, understands contact center business, trends and sales.
