Responsabilidades - Garantir uma experiência do consumidor personalizada e excepcional em loja; - Dar as boas vindas aos consumidores em loja, entender as suas necessidades, oferecer assistencia e informação acerca dos nossos produtos; - Apresentar o IQOS a consumidores adultos de tabaco que, de outra forma, continuariam a fumar ou usar produtos de nicotina; - Garantir vendas end-to-end personalizadas, disponibilizando um serviço pós venda excecional; - Oferecer uma experiência excepcional de atendimento ao cliente, realizando diagnósticos, devoluções e substituições dos produtos, de acordo com os princípios IQOS centrados no consumidor; - Garantir o cumprimento de metas de KPI definidas (por exemplo, pontuação de satisfação do consumidor), com foco na conversão para IQOS de adultos que, de outra forma, continuariam a fumar ou usar outros produtos de nicotina; - Garantir a limpeza da loja e realizar as tarefas de modo que as lojas IQOS estejam sempre impecavelmente apresentadas e prontas para o consumidor.
Requisitos - Perfil entusiástico com foco no consumidor; - Nível de ensino obrigatório.
12º ano - Licenciatura preferencial; - Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência relevante em relacionamento com o consumidor; - Facilidade com de sistemas de retalho ou business (por exemplo, Outlook, MS Office, etc.); - Conhecimento dos idiomas de Português nativo e Inglês fluente (Preferencial); - Experiência em retalho, vendas, atendimento ao cliente, entre outras; - Disponibilidade para trabalho em regime rotativo e fins de semana – horários de Shoppings.
