About the Role.
Functions as a member of the Windows Systems Management team managing and supporting PC and server operating systems across endpoints, to ensure the highest level of performance and availability in a 24X7 environment.
Actively participates in the planning, development, and implementation of packages, patches and updates related to the Windows Operating System.
Performs troubleshooting and support for patches, upgrades, packages and application installs.
Uses Microsoft Intune and SCCM to monitor endpoint health and maintenance.
Works with key customers on issues, initiatives and projects as needed.
Your Responsibilities Include.
Leads and participates in operating system testing, troubleshooting, and incident management.
Leads and participates in the installation, testing and upgrading of endpoint software and operating systems.
Monitors deployment progress and reports on success and saturation of deployments.
S ystem automation using PowerShell \ VBSCRIPT while delivering via Microsoft Configuration Manager (CM) or Intune Develop and implement process automation via PowerShell Maintains up to date knowledge of Microsoft Edge, chromium and/or competitor web technologies Maintains up to date knowledge of Microsoft Software Management and Deployment tools (SCCM & Intune) Maintains up to date knowledge of the most recent endpoint (PC & Server) equipment technologies and evaluates vendor products by reviewing white papers, attending conferences and vendor demonstrations.
Maintains up to date knowledge of application installation and scripting processes, including PowerShell and PowerShell App Deployment tool kit.
Performs application and operating system troubleshooting as needed, manages incidents related to deployment failures or software installation issues Implements continuous improvements (upgrades and patches) to ensure endpoint equipment is preventively maintained, running properly and protected from computer viruses and/or other security threats.
Interacts with users and other IT teams to accommodate requests for application services, troubleshooting, or deployment.
Leads trouble shooting initiatives and resolves endpoint application failures by analyzing issues and implementing corrective actions.
Leads root cause analysis and takes measures to address root cause analysis findings.
Participates in the development and monitoring of policies and standards for endpoints and applications.
Assures that appropriate resources (personnel, tools, etc.) are maintained in order to assure Quality System compliance and adherence to the BSC Quality Policy.
Establishes and promotes a work environment that supports the Quality Policy and Quality System.
What We’re Looking For.
Bachelor degree Systems Engineers or related field.
English Level required.
B%   Desired knowledge.
Technical skills in a Microsoft Windows Desktop Environment, PowerShell \  VBSCRIPT, technical  support experience in hardware and software, Microsoft.
Net, wed applications with Java Script, Technology desirable.
At least 5 years of experience in similar position.
