SPECIALIST TRADE TERMS (M/F/D)

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization.
adidas Shared Services in Porto delivers high quality services for Customer Service and Invoice to Cash, Accounts Payable, Retail Accounting, eCommerce Accounting and other Finance processes as well as HR Services for adidas companies located in Europe and Americas.
Trade terms is a key element within adidas wholesale business.
This team ensures that all discount conditions are maintained accurately in SAP and communicates data and process requirements when required.
The team assists in systems or process initiatives relating to discount conditions and well as performing ad hoc analysis.
Key Responsibilities.
Ensure accurate maintenance and updates of trade terms information in SAP Maintain information to On-Invoice and Off-invoice discounts Ensure accurate information on the orderbook Contribute to the resolution of queries related to missing or inaccurate data Continuously offer ideas and solutions on how to improve daily processes, tasks and procedures for increased efficiency or better service for all stakeholders Assist in systems or process initiatives relating to discount conditions, flow of information, or various ad hoc analyses that arise Assist in setting up new communication tools and process documentation Maintain good relationship within customer service and sales as well as other stakeholders in the business Identify the improvement opportunities and support their implementation Support ongoing projects for the implementation of technology solutions Standing in for and supporting colleagues working in other groups within Acct Sales OPS     Key Relationships.
Claims & Billing Credit and Collections Sales Development FP&A MOPS Customer Service   Knowledge, Skills and Abilities.
Good Finance Acumen Solid experience with SAP is a plus Solid experience with Excel is a plus Experience in a Shared Service environment or similar is a plus Ability to read, write and communicate in English in a business setting Ability to pay close attention to detail and high degree of customer orientation Solid interpersonal skills combined with a high degree of customer orientation; can navigate easily within complex organizations, connect with a variety functions, audiences, management styles, or cultures Strong problem solving and analytical skills Highly results driven and self-motivated team player with compassion, integrity, trust and perseverance Curious and growth mindset; keen to learn and approach subjects outside of comfort zone, look beyond the obvious   Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications.
University degree 2-3 years of relevant work experience in the accounting/business area Broad and deep theoretical understanding of job function       Apply with your CV in English.
