Well versed with Support requests L1/L2 and L3.
Basic understanding of with APIs, Message Processing, and Integration.
Exhibit a problem-solving approach.
Should be ready to work in shifts as per project needs.
Should be Graduate/Postgraduate.
Must have worked on Support and development projects.
Good communication skills (Read/Write and Verbal) Skills.
