SMALL BUSINESS SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER NEEDED

Key Responsibilities.
- Develop and implement a social media strategy to meet my business goals, which primarily revolve around increasing conversions.
- Create and publish engaging content across our active platforms - Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok.
- Manage the day-to-day running of these social media channels, including interacting with followers, responding to queries, and monitoring the effectiveness of our posts.
- Oversee the execution of paid campaigns on these platforms to broaden our reach and ultimately drive more conversions.
Requirements.
- You should have a proven track record of managing social media channels for small businesses.
- Expertise in creating and curating engaging content that drives conversions.
- Proficiency in running successful paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
- Good knowledge of Tik Tok and its current marketing landscape.
I expect new content to be posted on a weekly basis, but your role would not be limited to just this.
You should be proactive in suggesting new ideas to improve our social media presence and ultimately increase conversions.
