• ITIL foundation certified (and proven experience with ITIL processes) • Experience with ITSM tools • ServiceNow System Administrator Certification • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification • Fluency in English Soft skills • Good communication • Team spirit • Proactivity • Time management What we can offer.
