Skills and Qualifications.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow solution architect or similar role • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform functionalities/modules, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and Customer Service Management (CSM) • Experience with enterprise architecture principles and ITIL framework.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical designs.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills Additional desirable skills.
• Experience with scripting languages like Javascript • Experience with cloud computing platforms • Experience with Agile project management methodologies Skills.
